  Refund Policy for Serene BIM Studios

1. General Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, such as BIM models, reports, and software licenses, once a product is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

  • Refund Eligibility for Services: Refunds for services may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following conditions, and within a maximum of 7 days from the date of service commencement.

2. Refund Eligibility for Services

  • Client Cancellation:

    • If a client cancels a project within 7 days of the commencement of work, a full refund of any advance payments will be issued, minus any non-refundable expenses incurred by Serene BIM Studios.

    • After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

  • Service Delivery Issues:

    • If Serene BIM Studios fails to deliver services as agreed upon in the contract, a refund or credit may be considered, within 7 days of the identified issue.

  • Force Majeure Events:

    • In the event of force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions) that significantly impact the delivery of services, refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Request: To initiate a refund request, clients must submit a written request to Serene BIM Studios, outlining the specific reasons for the refund within 7 days of the incident.

  • Review and Approval: Serene BIM Studios will review the refund request and determine eligibility based on the terms of the contract and this refund policy.

  • Refund Issuance: If a refund is approved, Serene BIM Studios will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from this refund policy or the services provided by Serene BIM Studios will be resolved through amicable negotiation.

  • If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit the matter to arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction where the contract was formed.
